Lucas Bailey joined Wellspring in 2021 and is a member of the firm’s Investment and ESG Oversight Committees.

Lucas previously spent seven years with Mafco Worldwide LLC, where he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this role, Lucas served as the Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Mafco Worldwide, Lucas was a Vice President at MacAndrews & Forbes Inc.

Lucas was previously an investment professional with Vestar Capital Partners and worked in the Investment Banking division of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Lucas also served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Officer in the 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion.

Lucas graduated cum laude from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
